Processing time
Orders are handmade and typically ship within 24–48 hours (business days) after purchase. During peak holidays and limited‑edition drops, processing may extend to 72 hours.
Pre‑orders and custom gifts ship on the date stated on the product page.


Shipping methods & rates

Warm‑weather & perishables

AWW NUTS isn’t responsible for melted items after successful delivery scan; please retrieve packages promptly.

Address issues, delays & lost packages

Verify your shipping address at checkout; we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier. We’ll assist where possible.


International shipping (if applicable)

Duties/taxes/VAT are paid by the recipient. Transit times vary by country. Certain products may be restricted by local import rules.


Order changes & cancellations
