Due to the nature of fresh, small‑batch confections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on edible items.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product at [[email protected]].
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund (customer's choice) issued within 3–5 business days.

Non‑returnable items
Gift cards, sale items marked Final Sale, and custom/bulk orders (e.g., corporate gifts) are non‑returnable.
